Turner Evans Stevens has recently sold one of the largest remaining sites on the original Phase of Louth’s main industrial estate. The 4.22 acre site was sold for an undisclosed sum to local company Parker Asset Holdings Ltd, that has outgrown their current premises. The land will be used for the construction of new warehousing and office space.
Philip Stevens TES local director commented. “This sale was negotiated with great cooperation between both the buyer and seller and it is good for Louth that the land has been bought by a local business to provide them with much needed space to enable them to expand their thriving business”
