Turner Evans Stevens are one of the few remaining property businesses in the county that hold regular monthly Auctions at a dedicated facility. This expanding part of our business enjoyed considerable success in 2009 with some further development anticipated in the current year.
Our Auction Centre at our Skegness Auction Mart , Lincolnshire runs monthly Chattels auctions under the guidance of Roderic Turner FRICS and Jonathan Booth. This auction attracts ever increasing numbers of bidders and has become well established on the Lincolnshire auction scene.
 
As well as our regular auctions at Skegness, Lincolnshire, we can provide advice on property auctions, having previously held successful auctions at various venues around Lincolnshire.
 
Our recent Successes include the Auction held on site at Newmarket Louth following the closure of Browns Rover Garage, where vehicles, stock and equipment raise higher than expected prices at a very well attended retirement auction
