COLLECTION & REMOVAL
Successful purchasers will be allowed 7 days to dismantle and remove their purchases at their own expense.
Early removal is advised as the items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer and
ourselves and our clients cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods.
AGENCY The auctioneers act as Agents only.
- An auctioneers commission of 12.5%, will be charged to purchasers, plus VAT.
- There is no VAT upon the goods themselves.
2) Payment must be in cash, or by bank/credit card.
3) All lots to be paid for and cleared by 4 c.00pm on day of sale or by prior agreement with the auctioneers.
4) Commission to purchase stated lots will be undertaken by the Auctioneers (without charge) subject to
written order obtainable from Auctioneers staff.
