Energy Performance Certificates - EPC Lincolnshire
TES Energy Surveys are a Lincolnshire company employing qualified Domestic and Commercial Energy Assessors covered by ISO9001, and providing a dedicated service to the property industry.
EPC’s were originally required as part of the Home Information Pack introduced in 2008, and our Energy Surveys Business which we started in 2004 was one of the first in the county to provide Energy Performance Certificates on both residential and commercial properties. We have so far carried out in excess of 5000 EPC’s and can provide a value for money service and a quick turnaround to ensure that all legal requirements are met.
